At Shine Forever Diamonds, every exquisite brown diamond begins its journey in our Surat-based manufacturing facility — one of India’s premier diamond crafting hubs. With advanced technology and skilled artisans, we ensure each stone reaches its highest potential of brilliance, beauty, and character.

Rough Diamond Selection

We begin by sourcing ethically mined rough brown diamonds from trusted suppliers. Each stone is meticulously evaluated by our experts for size, shape, and color potential — ensuring only the best materials enter our process.

Planning & Marking

Using advanced software, our team maps out the optimal way to cut each diamond. By analyzing inclusions, proportions, and internal structures, we plan the most brilliant and high-yield outcome possible.

Cleaving or Sawing

Next, the diamonds are split or sawn into smaller preforms. This prepares the rough material into manageable sizes that set the stage for precision shaping.

Bruting

Here, the stone is shaped into a round or oval outline — achieved by grinding two diamonds against each other. This step forms the diamond’s basic silhouette.

Faceting

Our expert craftsmen begin to cut facets — the small flat surfaces that create sparkle. Each facet is carefully aligned to reflect light perfectly, enhancing brilliance.

Polishing

Polishing smoothens the surface of the facets, enhancing shine and clarity. Our team uses a progression of fine-grade tools and compounds to bring out a flawless luster.

Quality Inspection

Before any diamond leaves our facility, it undergoes thorough inspection. We assess against GIA’s 4Cs — Cut, Clarity, Color, and Carat — and make any final refinements needed.
